Access Customers

Live at the Piece Hall are accessible events and we offer an access wristband system for disabled customers.

Companion Tickets: Live at The Piece Hall offers a complimentary companion ticket for disabled customers (subject to availability). If you wish to attend one of the event dates and require the use of the accessible viewing areas (AVA’s), a complimentary companion ticket or assistance please follow the instructions below.

If you wish to purchase a Premium Ticket then your complimentary companion ticket will also be given access to the Premium area.  Please be aware that we cannot provide a wheelchair-accessible view from the Premium viewing area and advise wheelchair users to use the accessible viewing area instead.

You will be asked to provide your DLA, PIP, benefits letter or equivalent, registered severely sight impaired card, assistance dog card or other evidence.

Please feel free to black-out any information that relates to the amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc. that might be on the documents submitted.

There will be an accessible viewing platform at the event, it has a limited capacity due to space on site. Access to this will be granted on a first come first served basis via the application process below and access on the day will be granted via a wristband.

Should the AVA be at capacity, customers are welcome to book tickets and take advantage of the 2:1 ticket scheme.

There will be accessible toilet facilities available on the platform and throughout the site.

There are no designated Blue Badge parking spaces for the event, but there are plenty available nearby the venue. Full details will be included in the info sheet we send to you upon confirmation of your access form submission.

Please book your ticket via See tickets or Lunatickets and then fill in the access form below in order to book your companion ticket or arrange access to the AVA.

You will receive email confirmation of your successful application when we have processed your form, this should be within 10 working days.  You will then receive full instructions of where to collect your companion tickets closer to the event date.

A FULL ACCESS GUIDE FOR LIVE AT THE PIECE HALL WILL BE UPLOADED HERE CLOSER TO THE EVENT.
